  1. Oy Vey!!! Has anyone purchased or used a lead testing kit? How else can we know? Finding my cheap purse from Target brought me so much joy. Now I have to throw it away?! Ugh, what a world we live in :(

  2. Just wanted to update my comment above and let you all know that I ordered a home lead test kit (the one most highly recommended by consumer reports) and just tested my two inexpensive Target purses that have been tucked away for the past couple of weeks and turns out there was no lead content in either one!!! Yay! Of course this doesn't mean that it's not still an issue to be aware of, but it's worth testing something before throwing it out if it's special to you. Just my 2 cents.
